Jayce and the Wheeled Warriors toys accompanied the animated TV show first broadcast in 1985. The show lasted for 65 episodes but due to less than successful toy sales the show was cancelled and left unresolved. An animated movie was also commissioned, but with the Mattel toy-line failing, the movie plans were also scrapped.
The first and only series of toys was released in 1985 and contained 13 different toys. The prototypes for the second series of toys, to be released a year later in 1986, were also made. The second wave included 17 different toys, unfortunately they were cancelled and never made it into production.

LIGHTNING LEAGUE
The Lightning League were the good guys, lead by Armed Force. Most of the toys released in 1985 were members of the Lightning League.

- Other: Battle Base, Victory Pack, Attack Pack
MONSTER MINDS
The Monster Minds were the bad guys, lead by Saw Boss. Only four toys were ever released for the Monster Minds. however it’s probably fair to say they were far better looking than the Lightning League toys.
